100% cashmere long scarf/shawl 27" x 82"
Gorgeous 100% cashmere scarf or shawl. I used a version of Shibori to dye this, which means I wrapped the fabric to create a resist in certain areas. This method results in unpredictable ranges of color and texture. Repeated dips in the vat result in darker shades of indigo but the constrained area remains the original color of the textile.
Please note that the nature of indigo dye and upcycled clothing results in unpredictable and unique results. I do my best to select clothing that is in very good to excellent condition. Each item is washed, dried and inspected for quality before dyeing. Small mends may be necessary. I point this out in descriptions and through photographs.
